Defense projects ask two things of a profile at once: high strength and repeatability across a run. Working 6082 in the T6 temper, we produce structural body profiles, armour support components and tactical equipment parts that meet both.
Our two press lines run from raw billet to finished profile under one roof; controlled cooling, stretching and T5 / T6 furnaces keep flatness tolerance and internal stress in check. So production to military standards holds the value it had at the first metre through to the last.
